Welcome to Garden Oaks Homeowners Association-
We encourage and support an association of neighbors who voluntarily work together to promote the best interests of Garden Oaks residents. This association hopes to promote the spirit of respect, caring, community, family, and friendships. We hope to accomplish this through cooperation with one another and by enhancing the quality of life by maintaining common areas and upholding our covenants, Declarations, and bylaws.
Garden Oaks is a subdivision of 137 homes in Spanaway, WA., roughly 20 minutes from JBLM and part of the Bethel School District. We strive to be a family-friendly, well-maintained, and safe environment for all residents.
The residents of Garden Oaks include owners and some renters, who are valued members of our community. Although our renter residents contract privately with the homeowner, they are subject to the same rules and procedures. The goal of the Board of Directors is to preserve, protect, and enhance the quality of life and property values at Garden Oaks.
